They're not you're standard type Nutty Mad, Weird-Oh figure which are 6" plastic figures.
(Marx-mid 60s) and look like these guys-

there's an antique mall around here that had a bunch of those Marx Nutty figs. dont know if it was exactly those, but they had quite a few. see them quite often at antique malls. used to have a bunch of them when I was a kid. should have saved them.
